Farm Raised Meats
Our beef, pork, and poultry are raised free from hormones and antibiotics.
We grow all of our own grains, roast them, and grind our own feed for best digestion and nutrition. We grow and wrap our own high moisture rye, oats, and hay as well as dry hay to support a balanced diet. We also implement rotational and regenerative pasturing practices for our cattle. This all creates a desirable marbelization, lean fat ratio, and unforgettable beef flavor.
Our Simmi-Angus beef cattle are a cross that combines the lean cut and docile nature of the Simmental with the bold familiar flavor of the Angus. Our pigs also benefit from our high-quality farming practices which makes for better tasting, flavorful pork. We raise meat chickens and egg laying hens free from hormones and antibiotics. Our poultry is cage free and fed a balanced mix of our own freshly ground feed and forage grasses.
Our select cuts are sold at our Farm Stand location. Inventory may run low before the next beef are back from the butcher because we only sell the beef we raise on our farm.
Beef select cuts are USDA inspected, vacuumed sealed and freshly frozen.
